摘  要:近几十年来,苯烷基化制乙苯技术取得了显著进展。多种沸石分子筛催化苯烷基化制乙苯的环境友好工艺已经实现工业化,包括以ZSM-5分子筛为催化剂的气相烷基化制乙苯工艺,以Y,Beta,以及MCM-22为催化剂的液相烷基化工艺。纯乙烯、稀乙烯和高浓度乙烯都可以用作制备乙苯的烷基化原料。本文综述了乙烯烷基化制乙苯的生产工艺开发以及苯烷基化制乙苯工业催化剂的研究进展,展望了乙苯生产工艺与催化剂发展趋势。In recent decades,remarkable technology progress has been obtained on benzene alkylation to ethylbenzene.A variety of zeolite-catalyzed environmentally friendly processes for the production of ethylbenzene via benzene alkylation have been industrialized,including gas-phase alkylation with ZSM-5 zeolite as catalyst,liquid phase alkylation with Y,Beta,and MCM-22 zeolite as catalyst.Pure ethylene,dilute ethylene and high-concentration ethylene can all be used as alkylation raw materials for the production of ethylbenzene.In this paper,the development of the production process of ethylene alkylation to ethylbenzene,and the research progress of industrial catalysts for benzene alkylation with ethylene to ethylbenzene were reviewed,and the development trend of ethylbenzene production process and catalyst was prospected.
