摘 要:聚醚多元醇作为重要的化工原料,其传统的KOH催化工艺存在副产物多、能耗高、生产效率低等问题。为解决这些问题,探讨了DMC催化剂的引入及喷淋式反应釜的应用。DMC催化工艺通过减少催化剂用量、降低不饱和度、提升分子量,显著提高了产品质量与生产效率,同时减少了生产成本和能耗。通过案例分析显示,DMC催化工艺大幅优化了生产效益,并提高了高分子量聚醚多元醇的产能与产品性能,推动了行业的技术进步。Polyether polyols are important chemical raw materials.The traditional KOH catalytic process has problems such as high by-product production,high energy consumption,and low production efficiency.To solve these problems,the introduction of DMC catalyst and the application of spray reactor were explored.The DMC catalytic process significantly improves product quality and production efficiency by reducing catalyst usage,lowering unsaturation,and increasing molecular weight,while also reducing production costs and energy consumption.Case analysis shows that the DMC catalytic process has greatly optimized production efficiency,increased the production capacity and product performance of high molecular weight polyether polyols,and promoted technological progress in the industry.
