摘　　要：近年来,中药材芦根的化学成分及其药理作用得到了广泛研究。研究发现其富含多糖、酚酸类、苯丙素苷类等多种化学成分,展现出多种生物活性。本文总结了芦根的化学成分及其生物活性,探讨质量标志物的概念及其在中药材质量控制中的重要性,并总结芦根中潜在质量标志物的研究进展,为进一步研究和开发芦根提供参考。In recent years,extensive research has been conducted on the chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of the traditional Chinese medicinal herb Rhizoma phragmitis.Studies have revealed that Rhizoma phragmitis is rich in polysaccharides,phenolic acids,and phenylpropanoid glycosides,among other chemical constituents,which demonstrates a wide range of biological activities.This paper provides a comprehensive summary of the chemical constituents and biological activities of Rhizoma phragmitis,explores the concept of quality markers and their critical role in the quality control of traditional Chinese medicinal materials,and reviews the latest research progress on potential quality markers of Rhizoma phragmitis.This work aims to offer valuable scientific insights for further research and the development of Rhizoma phragmitis.
