摘  要:本文介绍了国内阳极氧化行业阳极氧化的工艺流程及处理含镍废水的主要方法;描述了一种将陶瓷膜用于阳极氧化行业处理含镍废水的新方法,并对该方法的处理效果进行了分析。结果表明,该方法能使镍的去除率达99.9%以上,使含镍废水可一次性被处理达标,也能去除废水的色度并减少污泥的产生量,克服了传统Fenton+碱沉法的缺点,具有良好的应用前景。This paper introduces the process flow of anodizingmain and the main method of treating nickel-containing wastewater in domestic anodic oxidation industry;A new method of using ceramic membranes for the treatment of nickel-containing wastewater in anodic oxidation industry is described and the treatment effect of this method is analyzed.The results show that this method can ensure the removal rate of nickel can reach more than 99.9%,nickel containing wastewater can be treated once to meet the standard,it also can remove the chromaticity of wastewater and reduce the production of sludge,it overcomes the shortcomings of traditional Fenton+alkali precipitation method and has good application prospects.
