摘  要:有毒重金属污染对生态环境的影响是全球关注的重要问题,尤其是对土壤的污染,污染土壤修复的理论与技术已经成为国内外研究的热点。植物修复重金属污染土壤技术似乎是最具可持续性和成本效益的策略。蓖麻(Ricinus communis L.)是一种经济作物,由于其根系强而深,具有较高的生物量和重金属积累量,在重金属污染土壤的修复中越来越引起研究者的重视。蓖麻可以通过不同的机制来耐受大量的重金属,如抗氧化酶的激活、有机酸的分泌和亚细胞定位等。本文综述了近年来蓖麻修复重金属污染土壤及其耐受重金属的生理反应和防御机制的研究进展,为重金属污染土壤的植物修复提供参考。The impact of toxic heavy metal pollution on the ecological environment is an important issue of global concern,especially the pollution of soil.The theory and technology of contaminated soil remediation has become a hot topic at home and abroad.Phytoremediation techniques for soil heavy metal contamination appear to be the most sustainable and cost-effective strategy.Ricinus communis L.is a kind of cash crop gaining more and more attention from researchers in the remediation of heavy metal polluted soil owing to its strong and deep root system,high biomass and heavy metal accumulation.Ricinus communis L.can tolerate large amounts of heavy metals through different mechanisms,such as activation of antioxidant enzymes,secretion of organic acids,and subcellular localization.This paper reviewed the recent research progress on the physiological reaction and defense mechanism of Ricinus communis L.in repairing metal-contaminated soil and its resistance to heavy metals,so as to provide reference for phytoremediation of heavy metal contaminated soil.
