摘 要:为培养具有工程实践且兼具经济思维能力的新型化工人才,在化工技术经济教学中融入膜法淡化苦咸水的科研创新实验。该实验以微滤(MF)—超滤(UF)作为脱盐工段的预处理来去除苦咸水中悬浮物、胶体、有机物等杂质;以纳滤(NF)和反渗透(RO)作为脱盐工段来生产淡水;最后对整个工艺的产水成本和技术经济性进行分析和评估。课堂教学中融入科研创新实验的成果不仅锻炼了学生工艺设计和项目技术经济评价的能力,帮助学生由理论知识过渡到工程实践,还可以使学生及时地了解了不同膜技术在解决水资源短缺中发挥的重要作用。In order to cultivate new chemical talents with engineering practice and economic thinking ability,scientific research innovation experiments on membrane desalination of brackish water were integrated into the teaching of chemical technology and economics.In this experiment,microfiltration—ultrafiltration was used as a pretreatment in the desalination process to remove impurities such as suspended solids,colloids,and organic matter from brackish water;Nanofiltration and reverse osmosis were employed as desalination processes to produced fresh water.Finally,the water production cost and technical economy of the entire process are analyzed and evaluated.The integration of frontier scientific research achievements into classroom teaching not only exercises students'abilities in process design and project technical and economic evaluation,helps them transition from theoretical knowledge to engineering practice,but also enables them to timely understand the important role of different membrane technologies in solving water resource shortages.
