摘  要:以蒽醌2-磺酸钠盐(AQS)为外加电子介质,研究其在光合细菌(PSB)降解刚果红这一生物体系中的强化效果及机理.结果表明,PSB体系降解刚果红的最佳PSB投加量为50 mL(A=1.8),最佳AQS投加浓度为0.05 mmol⸱L^(-1).在PSB体系反应过程中添加AQS均对刚果红的脱色降解有促进作用,在0 h添加0.05 mmol⸱L^(-1)AQS的PSB体系平均脱色速率达3.63%·h-1,是空白对照组的2.47倍.AQS的加入能够缓解鱼藤酮对偶氮还原脱氢酶的抑制作用及双香豆素对醌还原酶的抑制作用,承担氧化还原中间体,为偶氮染料降解传递电子,提升降解速率.This study explores the enhancement effect and the underlying mechanism of anthraquinone 2-sulfonate sodium salt(AQS)as an external electron mediator in the degradation of Congo red by photosynthetic bacteria(PSB).The results show that the optimal dosage of PSB and AQS was 50 mL(A=1.8)and 0.05 mmol⸱L^(-1),respectively.It was found that the addition of AQS in the PSB system can enhance the decolorization and degradation of Congo red.when 0.05 mmol⸱L^(-1)AQS was added initially,The average decolorization rate of Congo red reached 3.63%h-1 which was 2.47-fold higher than that of control group.The addition of AQS can alleviate the inhibitory effect of rotenone on azo reductive dehydrogenase,as well as dicoumarin on quinone reductase.AQS,as an oxidation-reduction intermediate,transferred electrons for the degradation of azo dyes,and enhanced the degradation rate.
