摘 要:高级厌氧消化(热水解+厌氧消化)是一种典型的城市污泥处理工艺,掌握其中污泥的恶臭物质释放规律对控制工艺二次污染具有重要意义.本研究选取高级厌氧消化工艺的各个节点,研究了温度、pH值和氧化剂对污泥释放恶臭物质的影响.结果表明,原始污泥释放的H_(2)S与NH_(3)浓度随温度升高而降低,10℃时释放的H_(2)S与NH_(3)浓度最高,分别为601 mg·m^(-3)与440 mg·m^(-3),这可能是低温条件下恶臭物质从污泥中脱附的结果.其他污泥(预脱水后污泥、热水解后污泥、厌氧消化后污泥、板框压滤脱水后污泥)释放的挥发性有机物(VOCs)、H_(2)S和NH_(3)浓度均随温度升高而升高.pH过高或过低均会导致污泥释放更多的恶臭物质,酸性条件下释放的H_(2)S浓度更高,碱性条件下释放的VOCs和NH_(3)浓度更高.投加氧化剂可以有效控制恶臭物质的释放,pH为4时每克湿污泥投加0.13 mmol KMnO4可显著降低污泥释放的VOCs、H_(2)S和NH_(3)浓度,削减率可达67%~100%;每克湿污泥投加0.013 mmol FeCl_(3)对污泥释放H_(2)S和NH_(3)的削减率可达32%~100%.本研究结果可为污泥高级厌氧消化工艺的源头恶臭控制提供指导.Advanced anaerobic digestion coupling thermal hydrolysis with anaerobic digestion is a typical urban sludge treatment process.It is essential to understand the odorants emission patterns of this process to control its secondary pollution.This study investigates the effects of temperature,pH,and oxidants addition on odorant emissions at various steps of advanced anaerobic digestion process.The results demonstrated that the concentrations of H_(2)S and NH_(3)emitted from raw sludge decreased while increasing sludge temperature.At 10℃,the highest concentrations of H_(2)S and NH_(3)were observed,at 601 mg·m^(-3)and 440 mg·m^(-3),respectively,which may be attributed to odorants desorption from the sludge at lower temperature.However,the concentrations of volatile organic compounds(VOCs),H_(2)S and NH_(3)released from other sludge samples(pre-dewatered sludge,thermal hydrolysis sludge,anaerobic digested sludge,filter-pressing dewatered sludge)increased while temperature rose.Both excessively high and low pH values led to increase in odorants emission from the sludge.Specifically,H_(2)S concentration increased under acidic conditions,while VOCs and NH_(3)concentrations increased under alkaline conditions.Oxidants addition was found to be effective in odorant emission control.Addition of 0.13 mmol KMnO4 per gram of wet sludge at pH of 4 significantly reduced the concentrations of VOCs,H_(2)S and NH_(3)emitted from the sludge,with removal efficiencies ranging in 67%~100%.Similarly,the addition of 0.013 mmol FeCl_(3)per gram of wet sludge reduced the concentrations of H_(2)S and NH_(3)by 32%~100%.The results of this study can provide guidance for source control of odorants in advanced anaerobic digestion processes.
