摘 要:三丁基锡(TBT)和三苯基锡(TPhT)的广泛使用导致全球范围内水环境受到污染,在鱼类和无脊椎动物等水生生物体内被广泛检出.本文探究了三峡水库长江中下游段27种鱼类、1种软体动物和1种甲壳类动物体内TBT和TPhT及其降解产物的组成和富集水平.结果显示,绝大多数样品中均检出丁基锡(BTs)和苯基锡(PhTs),分别以TBT和TPhT为主;生物样品中总有机锡(ΣOTs)含量范围为ND~183.79 ng·g^(-1)(以干重计,下同),其中,TBT含量为ND~111.23 ng·g^(-1),TPhT含量为ND~78.17 ng·g^(-1).通过单因素方差分析发现,TBT、TPhT、BTs、PhTs、ΣOTs在不同鱼类之间存在显著差异(p<0.01),但仅有TBT在鱼类、软体动物和甲壳类动物之间存在显著差异(p<0.001).健康风险评价结果表明,部分鱼类对儿童的健康风险系数大于1,需要关注鱼类饮食摄入对儿童的风险.本研究结果可为三峡水库OTs风险评价和污染管控提供科学依据.The widespread use of tributyltin(TBT)and triphenyltin(TPhT)has led to global water pollution,and these substances have been widely detected in aquatic organisms such as fish and invertebrates.The composition and enrichment levels of TBT,TPhT,and their degradation products were investigated in 27 species of fish,1 species of mollusk,and 1 species of crustacean from the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River in the Three Gorges Reservoir.The results indicated that butyltins(BTs)and phenyltins(PhTs)were detected in most samples,with tributyltin(TBT)and triphenyltin(TPhT)being the dominant components.The concentration range of total organotins(ΣOTs)in biological samples was ND~183.79 ng·g^(-1),with TBT and TPhT concentrations ranging from ND to 111.23 ng·g^(-1) and ND to 78.17 ng·g^(-1),respectively.Through One-way Analysis of Variance(ANOVA),significant differences were observed in TBT,TPhT,BTS,PhTs,andΣOTs levels among different fish species(p<0.01).However,when comparing fish,mollusks,and crustaceans,only TBT showed a significant difference(p<0.001).The risk assessment indicated that exposure to the OTs-contaminated fish might pose potential negative health outcome to the children as the health risk coefficient was higher than 1.The research finding of this study provided a scientific basis for the risk assessment and pollution control of OTs in the Three Gorges Reservoir.
