注射用益气复脉(冻干)联合硫酸氢氯吡格雷片治疗冠心病心绞痛的效果观察

摘　　要：目的研究注射用益气复脉(冻干)联合硫酸氢氯吡格雷片治疗冠心病心绞痛的效果。方法选择2022年1月至2023年12月蓝田县中医医院收治的150例冠心病心绞痛患者,随机分为2组,每组75例。对照组采用硫酸氢氯吡格雷片治疗,观察组采用注射用益气复脉(冻干)联合硫酸氢氯吡格雷片治疗。比较2组的疗效、心功能[每搏输出量(SV)、左心室舒张末期血容量(EDV)、心输出量(CO)、射血分数(EF)和左心室收缩末期血容量(ESV)]、心肌酶指标[肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、心肌肌钙蛋白(cTnI)、肌酸激酶(CK)和乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)]、血脂指标[甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)和总胆固醇(TC)]、不良反应情况。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,2组的心功能指标均有不同的改善(P<0.05),其中和对照组比较,观察组的SV、EF、CO水平更高,而ESV、EDV水平更低(P<0.05);治疗后,2组的心肌酶指标水平均降低(P<0.05),其中观察组更低(P<0.05);治疗后,2组的血脂水平均降低(P<0.05),其中观察组更低(P<0.05);2组的皮疹、上腹部不适、心悸和头晕发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论注射用益气复脉(冻干)联合硫酸氢氯吡格雷片能明显改善冠心病心绞痛患者的心功能和血脂水平,减轻心肌损伤,疗效显著,且安全性较高。Objective To study the effect of Yiqi Fumai injection(freeze-dried)combined with clopidogrel bisulfate tablets on coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.Methods A total of 150 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris admitted to Lantian County traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were randomly divided into two groups,75 cases in each group.The control group was treated with clopidogrel bisulfate tablets,and the observation group was treated with Yiqi Fumai injection(freeze-dired)combined with clopidogrel bisulfate tablets.The curative effect,cardiac function[stroke volume(SV),left ventri-cular end-diastolic blood volume(EDV),cardiac output(CO),ejection fraction(EF)and left ventricular end-systolic blood volume(ESV)],myocardial enzyme indexes[creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB),cardiac troponin I(cTnI),creatine kinase(CK)and lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)],blood lipid indicators[triglycerides(TG),low-density lipoprotein(LDL-C),total cholesterol(TC)],and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the cardiac function indexes of the two groups were improved differently(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the levels of SV,EF and CO in the observation group were higher,while the levels of ESV and EDV in the observation group were lower(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of myocardial enzyme indexes in the two groups were reduced(P<0.05),especially in the observation group(P<0.05).After treatment,the blood lipid levels in both groups decreased(P<0.05),with the observation group having a lower level(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of rash,upper abdominal discomfort,palpitation and dizziness between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Yiqi Fumai injection(freeze-dried)combined with clopidogrel bisulfate tablets can significantly improve the cardiac function of patients with coronary heart disease and blood li
