摘　　要：目的 分析裸眼3D腔镜系统原理结构,探讨裸眼3D腔镜系统的高效管理方法。方法 通过分析裸眼3D腔镜系统的原理结构,结合日常使用中发生的故障,总结故障因素并建立三级管理体系,统计从2021年至2023年故障频次的变化。结果 采取三级管理体系后,裸眼3D腔镜系统故障报修次数明显下降。结论 健全的管理制度和多方面的管理措施有助于提高对裸眼3D腔镜系统的管理,保障设备的正常运行和手术的顺利开展,对医院其他设备的管理也具有一定的借鉴意义。【Objective】To analyze the principle and structure of the naked-eye 3D laparoscope system and explore efficient management methods for the naked-eye 3D laparoscope system.【Methods】By analyzing the principle and structure of the naked-eye 3D endoscope system and combining the faults that occurred during daily use,the fault factors were summarized,and a three-level management system was established.The changes in the frequency of faults from 2021 to 2023 were statistically analyzed.【Results】After implementing the three-level management system,the number of repair requests for the naked-eye 3D endoscope system significantly decreased.【Conclusion】A sound management system and various management measures are helpful to improve the management of the naked-eye 3D laparoscope system,ensure the normal operation of the equipment and the smooth progress of surgeries,and also have certain reference significance for the management of other medical equipment in the hospital.
