摘　　要：目的该研究成功开发了一种新型肘部手术支撑架,提高了骨科肘部手术中的患者舒适度和手术效率。方法该支撑架通过其实用的凹槽状托架设计,实现了与患者肘部的精确适配,确保了手术过程中的稳定性。结果支撑架的高度可调节性和微调机构为患者体位的精细调整提供了极大的便利,还设计了支撑架的固定装置和限位部件,增强了手术过程中的安全性,通过临床应用测试,新型支撑架显著提升了手术效率,同时获得了医护人员和患者的积极反馈,尽管存在一些局限性,但持续的改进和优化将进一步提升支撑架的性能。结论该研究预期新型肘部手术支撑架将在未来的医疗实践中发挥重要作用,为患者提供更加安全、舒适的手术治疗体验。【Objective】This study successfully developed a new type of elbow surgical support frame to improve patient comfort and surgical efficiency during orthopedic elbow surgeries.【Methods】Through its practical groove-shaped bracket design,this support frame achieves precise adaptation to the patient's elbow,ensuring stability during the surgical procedure.【Results】The height adjustability and fine-tuning mechanism of the support frame provide great convenience for the precise adjustment of the patient's position.It also involves the fixing device and limiting components of the support frame,enhancing the safety during the surgical procedure.Through clinical application tests,the new support frame significantly improves surgical efficiency and has received positive feedback from both medical staff and patients.Although there are some limitations,continuous improvement and optimization will further enhance the performance of the support frame.【Conclusion】This study anticipates that the new elbow surgical support frame will play an important role in future medical practice,providing patients with a safer and more comfortable surgical treatment experience.
