不同钾肥施用量对樱桃番茄产量与品质的影响

摘  要:为了减少樱桃番茄栽培中钾肥施用量,以梦想真甜2号品种为研究对象,设置K2O施用量330.0、300.0(农户常规施用量)、270.0、240.0、210.0 kg/hm^(2)5个处理,开展田间试验(各处理氮肥、磷肥施用量相同),比较不同K2O施用量对樱桃番茄长势、品质和产量的影响。结果表明:与农户常规施用量相比,K2O施用量为270.0 kg/hm^(2)时(K2O施用量减少10%),樱桃番茄折合产量提高了4.26%,增产2431.75 kg/hm^(2);同时,樱桃番茄品质最好,果实中VC含量(381 mg/kg)、可溶性固形物含量(11.7%)、可溶性糖含量(5.61%)、可滴定酸含量(0.67%)、糖酸比(8.37)、番茄红素含量(351.26μg/g)和硬度(6.25 kg/cm^(2))均达到最大值。In order to reduce the application rate of potassium fertilizer in cherry tomato cultivation,Mengxiang Zhentian No.2 was taken as the research object,and 5 treatments of K2O application rates[330.0,300.0(conventional application rate of farmers),270.0,240.0 and 210.0 kg/hm^(2)]were set up to carry out the field experiment(application rates of nitrogen and phosphorus fertilizers for each treatment were the same).In this experiment,we compared the effects of different K2O application rates on the growth,quality and yield of cherry tomato.The results showed that compared with the conventional application rate of farmers,when the K2O application rate was 270.0 kg/hm^(2)(the application rate of K2O decreased by 10%),the equivalent yield of cherry tomatoes increased by 4.26%,resulting in an increase of 2431.75 kg/hm^(2).Additionally,the quality of cherry tomatoes was optimal,with the highest levels of VC content(381 mg/kg),soluble solids content(11.7%),soluble sugar content(5.61%),titratable acid content(0.67%),sugar acid ratio(8.37),lycopene content(351.26μg/g),and hardness(6.25 kg/cm^(2))of cherry tomato fruit.
