摘 要:CO_(2)管道运输以密相/超临界状态为主,CO_(2)管道泄漏会引起复杂相变,带来温度骤降,控制低温环境下的止裂韧性是对CO_(2)管道用钢管的核心要求。为了研究CO_(2)管道用钢管止裂韧性,从CO_(2)管道标准研究角度对DNVGL-RP-F104—2021《CO_(2)管道的设计与运行》(Design and operation of carbon dioxide pipelines,以下简称DNVGL-RP-F104—2021)、ISO 27913—2016《CO_(2)捕集、输送和地质封存管道运输系统》(Carbon dioxide capture,transportation and geological storage—Pipeline transportation systems,以下简称ISO 27913—2016)、CSA-Z662—2023《石油和天然气管道系统》(Oil and gas pipeline systems)和GB/ T 42797—2023《CO_(2)捕集、输送和地质封存管道输送系统》等国内外CO_(2)管道标准钢管止裂韧性技术要求进行对比分析,介绍了钢管止裂韧性研究方法及进展。结果表明,可以采用ISO 27913—2016与DNVGL-RP-F104—2021的推荐方法,用互补验证的方式进行验证评估,以得到相对保守的止裂韧性指标。可充分分析研究国外先进标准,并结合国内最新研究成果,制定中国CO_(2)管道用钢管标准,促进管道建设发展。CO_(2) pipeline transportation is primarily in dense phase or supercritical state.Leakage of CO_(2) pipeline will cause complex phase change resulting in sudden temperature drops.Controlling crack arrest toughness to mitigate cracking at low temperature is the main requirement for steel pipes used in CO_(2) pipelines.In order to study the crack arrest toughness of steel pipes for CO_(2) pipelines,this research compares and analyzes the technical requirements for crack arrest toughness in CO_(2) pipeline standards at home and abroad,including DNVGL-RP-F104—2021 Design and operation of carbon dioxide pipelines(hereinafter referred to as DNVGL-RP-F104—2021),ISO 27913—2016 Carbon dioxide capture,transportation and geological storage—Pipeline transportation systems(hereinafter referred to as ISO 27913—2016),CSA-Z662—2023 Oil and gas pipeline systems,and GB/ T 42797—2023 Carbon dioxide capture,transportation and geological storage-Pipeline transportation systems,from the perspective of CO_(2) pipeline standards research.The study also introduces methods and progress in steel pipe ductile fracture research.Results show that a complementary validation approach using methods recommended by both ISO 27913—2016 and DNVGL-RP-F104—2021 can be selected to obtain relatively conservative crack arrest toughness index.It is recommended to thoroughly study and analyze advanced international standards while incorporating the latest domestic research findings to develop standards for steel pipes used in CO_(2) transportation pipelines and promote pipeline construction development in China.
