摘 要:绝热结构设计对液化天然气(Liquefied Natural Gas,LNG)双金属全容罐有重要影响,而结露温度核算是绝热结构设计的关键内容,有必要对LNG双金属全容罐进行结露温度核算及结构优化研究。以某15 000 m^(3) LNG双金属全容罐为例,依照标准规定明确LNG双金属全容罐外表面结露温度核算方法,对易发生结露现象的热角保护区域进行定性及定量分析,基于核算结果对罐底绝热结构设计提出优化建议,尽可能降低发生结露现象的可能性,保证运维的安全性及经济性,可为后续LNG双金属全容罐绝热结构设计及施工提供指导。Rational insulation structure design plays a crucial role in the performance of Liquefied Natural Gas(LNG) double metal wall full containment tanks.The calculation of condensation temperature is a key aspect of this design process.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct thorough research on condensation temperature calculation and insulation structure optimization for these tanks.This study focuses on an existing 15 000 m~3 LNG double metal wall full containment tank as a case study.The research methodology includes clearly defining the calculation method for the condensation temperature on the outer surface of the tank in accordance with requirements of relevant standards,conducting both qualitative and quantitative analysis on the thermal corner protection area,which is particularly prone to condensation,proposing optimization suggestions for the tank bottom insulation structure design based on the calculation results.The primary objectives of this research are to minimize the possibility of condensation phenomenon,to ensure the safety and economic viability of operation and maintenance,and provide guidance for future design and construction of insulation structures in LNG double metal wall full containment tanks.
