中国盐穴利用产业中长期发展方向与态势研究

摘　　要：中国盐穴利用产业具有巨大的发展潜力,合理有序、因地制宜地发展盐穴利用产业是保障能源安全、辅助新能源发展的有效途径。目前,中国盐穴利用仅有储气、压缩空气储能方面的实践,盐穴利用产业中长期发展方向缺乏系统性分析。为评估中国盐穴利用产业发展前景,以市场需求、经济效益、技术成熟度为指导,结合产业链发展现状及规模化盐穴利用的可能性,分析盐穴利用产业中长期发展方向与态势。研究结果表明:1)中国盐穴利用产业发展规模将越来越大,预计中长期盐穴利用体积可达3 000×10^(4)~5 000×10^(4) m^(3);2)储气是增量最大的盐穴利用方向,储能是增速最大的盐穴利用方向;3)盐穴利用产业将进一步向多元化发展,储氢、储氦、储油等新方向逐步落地,实现盐穴利用新方向的突破。China's salt cavern utilization industry has huge development potential.Reasonable,orderly development of the salt cavern utilization industry adapting to local conditions is an effective way to ensure energy security and assist the development of new energy.At present,China's salt cavern utilization only has applications in gas storage and compressed air energy storage,and there is a lack of systematic analysis of the medium-and long-term development direction of salt cavern utilization.In order to evaluate the development prospects of China's salt cavern utilization industry,the medium-and long-term development direction and trend of the salt cavern utilization industry are analyzed based on the market demand,economic benefits and technical maturity,taking into consideration the current status of the industrial chain and the possibility of large-scale salt cavern utilization.The research results show that:1)The scale of development of China's salt cavern utilization industry will become increasingly larger,and the medium-and long-term salt cavern utilization volume is expected to reach 30×10^(6)~50×10^(6) m^(3);2)Gas storage is the salt cavern utilization aspect with the largest increment,and energy storage is the salt cavern utilization aspect with the largest growth rate;3)The salt cavern utilization industry will further develop in a diversified direction,and new applications such as hydrogen storage,helium storage and oil storage will gradually be implemented,achieving a breakthrough in the new direction of salt cavern utilization.
