“脾主时理论”与《黄帝内经》脾藏象本质构建及临床应用发微

摘  要:《黄帝内经》提出的藏象理论是中医理论的基础,而其中的“脾主时”理论成为古今医家讨论的焦点,主要为“脾主长夏”“脾不主时”两部分。脾居中央养四时,为后天之本的生理特点,脾喜燥恶湿,易受湿邪的病理特征,构建了“脾主时(长夏)”的理论基础。“脾主长夏”包括“脾主长夏”中的“长夏为季夏”“长夏戊己日共七十二日”;“脾不主时”为“脾主四时”“脾无具体的时间所属”“脾主四时之末十八日”等学术观点。基于“脾主时(长夏)”理论,通过现代技术手段可以更好地对“长夏”时间进行描述,并进行针对性的预防治疗等手段,对于临床调护有重要意义。The theory of Zangxiang proposed by Huangdi Neijing is the foundation of traditional Chinese medicine theory,and the theory of“Spleen Dominates Time”has become the focus of discussion among ancient and modern doctors,mainly including“Spleen Dominates Changxia”and“Spleen Does Not Dominate Time”.The physiological characteristics of spleen located in the center of the body nourishing the four seasons and being the foundation of acquired factors,as well as the pathological characteristics of spleen preferring dryness and hating dampness,and being easily affected by dampness,have constructed the theoretical basis of“Spleen Dominates Time(Changxia)”.“Spleen Dominates Changxia”includes“Changxia is Jixia”,“Changxia is Wu and Ji days,totaling 72 days”;“Spleen Does Not Dominate Time”includes“Spleen Dominates Four Seasons”,“Spleen Has No Specific Time Belonging”,“Spleen Dominates the Last 18 Days of Four Seasons”,etc.Based on the theory of“Spleen Dominates Time(Changxia)”,modern technical means can be used to better describe the time of“Changxia”,and targeted prevention and treatment methods can be used,which is of considerable significance for clinical nursing.
