基于数据挖掘和“味性化味”理论的藏医治疗妇女病用药规律及方剂药性研究

摘　　要：目的:基于数据挖掘和“味性化味”理论研究藏医治疗妇女病的用药规律及“妇血症”方剂药性。方法:收集《四部医典》《藏药方剂大全》《中国百科全书·藏医学》等藏医古籍和现代著作中治疗妇女病的方剂,运用IBM SPSS Statistics、IBM SPSS Modeler18.0、0rigin Pro2021软件进行藏药频次、关联规则、聚类和药性分析。结果:共纳入122首方剂,涉及263种单味药物,经统计频次≥15的高频药材有30种,多以调气和血、活血化瘀和调经类药物为主;关联规则分析得到11组“二项”常用药对,其中诃子-余甘子、沙棘-硼硝最常见;28组“三项”常用药对,其中毛诃子-余甘子-诃子,沙棘-干姜-木香最常见;聚类分析得到4组治疗妇女病的藏药新方。治疗“妇血症”方剂的藏药材主要以木本类药材为主;方剂药性结果显示,凉、钝、寒等治疗赤巴病的药性值最高,符合藏医清赤巴热的治疗原则。结论:利用数据挖掘和“味性化味”理论分析有助于全面了解藏医药治疗妇女病的组方用药规律,同时为治疗“妇血症”方剂的药性研究提供了重要参考。Objective To study the medication law of gynecological diseases and the medicinal properties of formulas for“gynecological blood disease”in Zang medicine based on data mining and the theory of“Ro Nus ZhurJes”.Methods Formulas for treating gynecological diseases were collected from ancient and modern works of Zang medicine,such as The Four Medical Tantras,The Complete Collection of Zang Medicinal Formulas,The Chinese Encyclopedia of Zang Medicine,etc.The frequency,association rules,cluster analysis,and medicinal properties of the formulas in Zang medicine were analyzed by using IBM SPSS Statistics,IBM SPSS Modeler18.0,and 0rigin Pro2021 software.Results A total of 122 prescriptions were included,involving 263 kinds of single-flavored medicines,and 30 high-frequency herbs with a frequency of≥15 were counted,which were mainly used for regulating qi and blood,activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis,and regulating menstruation;11groups of“two-item”commonly used pairs were obtained by the analysis of the association rules,among which hezi-yuganzi,and shaji-pengxiao were the most common;There are 28 groups of“three-item”common pairs,among which,Mao hezi-Yu ganzi-Hezi,Shaji-Ganjiang-Muxiang are the most common;cluster analysis obtained 4 groups of new Zang medicines for the treatment of gynecological disorders.The herbal medicines used in the formulas for treating“gynecological blood diseases”were mainly woody herbs;the results of the medicinal properties of the formulas showed that cool,blunt,and cold had the highest medicinal values for treating Chiba disease,which was in line with the therapeutic principle of clearing the Chiba fever in Zang medicine.Conclusion The analysis of data mining and the theory of“Ro Nus ZhurJes”can help to comprehensively understand the prescription and medication rules of Zang medicine for gynecological diseases,and provide an important reference for the study of the medicinal properties of formulas for treating“gynecological blood diseases”.
