摘　　要：目的:建立白扁豆药材中玉米赤霉烯酮免疫亲和柱-高效液相色谱法定量检测方法。方法:样品采用90%乙腈作为提取溶剂,经免疫亲和柱净化、高效液相色谱柱分离、荧光检测器测定其中玉米赤霉烯酮的含量。结果:玉米赤霉烯酮在0.526~2.63 ng范围内,线性关系良好(r=0.9999),回收率在95.15%~99.71%之间,相对标准偏差RSD≤1.6%。玉米赤霉烯酮的检出限为:10.02μg/kg。结论:该方法灵敏、准确,适用于白扁豆药材中玉米赤霉烯酮的检测。Objective To establish the contamination method of zearalenone in Lablab Semen Album by immunoaffinity column clean-up and HPLC.Methods After extraction with 90%acetonitrile and purification by immunoaffinity columns,zearalenone in samples was anlyzed by HPLC-FLD.Results The linearity of zearalenone was at 0.526-2.63 ng(r=0.9999),The recoveries were within 95.15%-99.71%with RSD≤1.6%.The detection limit of zearalenone is 10.02μg/kg.Conclusion The detection method is sensitive and accurate and suitable for the detection of zearalenone in in Lablab Semen Album.
