摘 要:目的:研究湘桂新木姜子的化学成分。方法:用硅胶吸附、聚酰胺吸附、重结晶等方法对湘桂新木姜子化学成分进行分离,并根据化合物的理化性质及1H-NMR、13C-NMR、MS等波谱学方法鉴定化合物结构。结果:从湘桂新木姜子乙酸乙酯部位中分离和鉴定出8个化合物,分别是圣草酚(1),芹菜素(2),金圣草黄素(3),樱花素(4),槲皮素(5),山柰酚(6),乔松酮(7),木犀草素(8)。结论:化合物1~8均为首次从湘桂新木姜子中分离得到。Objective To study the chemical constituents of Flavonoids from Neolitsea hsiangkweiensis.Methods The chemical constituents of Neolitsea hsiangkweiensis were repeated by silica,gelpolyamide column chromatography and recrystallization,and the structures of compounds form the plant were identified on the basis of physicochemical characteristics by 1H-NMR,13C-NMR,MS spectrum.Results 8 compounds were isolated and elucidated from the ethyl acetatel extract of the Neolitsea hsiangkweiensis.Which were Eriodictyol(1),Apigenin(2),Chrysoriol(3),Sakuranetin(4),Quercetin(5),Kaempferol(6),Pinostrobin(7),Luteolin(8).Conclusions These 8 compounds were separated from Neolitsea hsiangkweiensis for the first time.
