天麻钩藤饮在现代眩晕疾病中的临床应用

摘　　要：天麻钩藤饮出自《杂病证治新义》一书,作为平抑肝阳的代表方剂,符合中医“因风致眩”理论,切中眩晕病肝阳上亢证的病因病机,目前被广泛应用于眩晕病肝阳上亢证的防治之中。文章针对天麻钩藤饮治疗眩晕病的作用机制和研究现状进行综述,认为其临床疗效确切。Tianma Gouteng Decoction is derived from the New meaning of Treating miscellaneous Diseases.As a representative prescription for suppressing liver-yang,it conforms to the theory of“wind-induced dizziness”in traditional Chinese medicine,and is widely used in the prevention and treatment of liver-Yang hyperactivity syndrome of vertigo disease.This article reviews the mechanism of action and research status of Tianma Gouteng Decoction in treating vertigo.
