藏药独一味化学成分、药理作用研究进展及质量标志物预测分析

摘　　要：独一味Lamiophlomis rotata(Benth.)Kudo是藏族习用药,其成分主要包括黄酮类、环烯醚萜类、苯乙醇苷类、挥发油类等,具有镇痛、止血、保护神经系统、抗肿瘤活性等药理活性。文章系统总结了国内外文献报道,就独一味化学成分、药理作用进行整理讨论。另外,基于独一味质量控制现况,结合中药质量标志物(Q-marker)的核心概念,从传统功效、传统药性、复方配伍环境、成分可测性四个方面对独一味的Q-marker进行预测分析,推测山栀苷甲酯、8-O-乙酰山栀苷甲酯、毛蕊花糖苷、木犀草素可作为独一味质量标志物的候选化合物。通过以上内容的整理,以期为藏药独一味的现代化研究、资源开发利用及质量评价体系建立提供科学的参考依据。Lamiophlomis rotata(Benth.)Kudo is a traditional Tibetan medicine.Its components mainly include flavonoids,iridoids,phenylethanol glycosides,volatile oils,etc.It has pharmacological activities such as analgesic,hemostatic,nervous system protection and anti-tumor activity.This paper systematically summarized the domestic and foreign literature reports,and summarized and discussed the chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of the L.rotata.In addition,based on the status of quality control of single ingredient,combined with the core concept of traditional Chinese medicine quality marker(Q-marker),the prediction and analysis of single ingredient Q-marker were carried out from four aspects:traditional efficacy,traditional property,compound compatibility environment and component testability.It is suggested that the candidate compounds for a single quality marker could be pyrrhine methyl ester,8-O-acetylpyrrhine methyl ester,verminoside and luteolin.Through the collation of the above contents,it is expected to provide scientific reference for the modernization research,resource development and utilization and the establishment of quality evaluation system of L.rotata.
