摘　　要：文章总结贾文魁教授运用益肾通络“三味药组”治疗老年失眠症的经验。老年失眠症是老年群体中的常见病、多发病,严重影响老年人的身心健康。贾文魁教授立足于老年群体特殊的生理病理特点,提出“肾虚失养”为老年失眠症发病之本,而“络瘀窍阻”这一病理状态贯穿于该病发生发展的始终,围绕这一病机,以“益肾通络”为根本大法,创立三仁益肾助眠汤临证加减施治取得了良好临床效果,为老年失眠症的治疗提供了新的思路,值得进一步推广、研究。Summarize Professor Jia Wenkui's experience in using the“Three Ingredient Medicine Group”to treat elderly insomnia.Elderly insomnia is a common and frequently occurring disease among the elderly population,which seriously affects the physical and mental health of the elderly.Professor Jia Wenkui,based on the special physiological and pathological characteristics of the elderly population,proposed that“kidney deficiency and lack of nourishment”is the root cause of elderly insomnia,and the pathological state of“collateral stasis and orifices obstruction”runs through the occurrence and development of this disease.Around this pathogenesis,the fundamental method of“tonifying the kidney and unblocking the collaterals”was used to establish the Sanren Yishen Zhumian decoction,which has achieved good clinical effects through clinical modifications.With two medical records,it provides new ideas for the treatment of elderly insomnia and is worth further promotion and research.
