摘　　要：近年来,肺结节已成为临床常见疾病。金朝晖教授认为肺结节的病机特点为正气亏虚,感受外来邪毒,痰瘀互结于肺络发为本病,总属本虚标实之证。其治疗上经验丰富,注重辨证论治,辨病与辨证相结合,根据结节的分类灵活运用活血解毒散结药物,祛邪与扶正并用,用药常注意扶助正气,同时疏导患者的紧张情绪,在治疗肺结节方面有其独特的用药经验。In recent years,pulmonary nodules have become a common clinical disease.Professor Jin Zhaohui believes that the pathogenesis of pulmonary nodules is the deficiency of healthy qi,the feeling of external evil poison,phlegm and blood stasis in the lung collaterals as the disease,which is the syndrome of the deficiency standard.With rich experience in treatment,She pays attention to syndrome differentiation and treatment,combines disease differentiation with syndrome differentiation,flexibly uses drugs to promote blood circulation,detoxify and dissipate nodules according to the classification of nodules,and combines dispelling evil with healing.She often pays attention to helping healthy qi while soothing patients’nervous mood.She has her unique experience in the treatment of pulmonary nodules.
