中药灌肠联合热疗治疗放射性肠炎的疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨放射性肠炎应用自拟中药灌肠方联合深部热疗治疗后的临床疗效。方法选取2020年8月至2023年3月收治的84例放射性肠炎患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各42例。对照组给予自拟中药灌肠方灌肠,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上予以深部热疗联合中药灌肠方灌肠,热疗持续治疗40 min,每日1次。2组均连续治疗2周,比较2组患者的治疗有效率、中医症状评分、大便潜血阳性率及生存质量评分。结果观察组的总有效率为95.2%,对照组的总有效率为78.5%。中医主要症候评分比较,2组患者治疗后在腹泻、神疲乏力、里急后重、脓血便等方面均有改善,且观察组的改善程度更明显,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),大便潜血阳性率对照组治疗前为33例(78.6%),治疗后为12例(28.6%),观察组治疗前为32例(76.2%),治疗后为12例(9.5%),均显著下降;生存质量评分(Karnofsky performance status score,KPS)对照组治疗前为60分,治疗后为70分,观察组治疗前为60分,治疗后为80分,2组均明显提高且无明显不良反应。结论自拟中药灌肠方联合深部热疗可以改善患者放射性肠炎的临床症状,提高生存质量。Objective To investigate the clinical effects of Chinese medicine enema combined with deep heat therapy for the treatment of radiation enteritis.Methods From August 2020 to March 2022,84 patients diagnosed with radiation enteritis were enrolled in the study.The participants were randomly divided into 2 groups,the observation group and the control group,each consisting of 42 patients.The control group received traditional Chinese medicine enemas,while the observation group received the same enemas supplemented with deep heat therapy.The thermal therapy lasted approximately 40 minutes and was administered once daily.The both groups underwent treatment for a duration of 2 weeks,after which the treatment efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)symptom scores,positive rates of fecal occult blood,and quality of life scores were compared between the 2 groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group reached 95.2%,compared to 78.5%in the control group.Post-treatment,improvements in symptoms such as diarrhea,fatigue,tenesmus,pus,and blood in stool were observed in both groups,with the observation group demonstrating significantly greater improvement(P<0.05).The positive rate of fecal occult blood decreased significantly in the control group from 33 cases(78.6%)before treatment to 12 cases(28.6%)post-treatment.In the experimental group,the reduction was from 32 cases(76.2%)before treatment to 12 cases(9.5%)after treatment.The Karnofsky performance status score(KPS)improved from 60 points before treatment to 70 points after treatment in the control group,and from 60 points to 80 points in the experimental group,indicating significant improvement with no notable adverse reactions.Conclusion The self-designed Chinese medicine enema combined with deep hyperthermia effectively alleviates the clinical symptoms in patients with radiation enteritis and enhances their quality of life.
