摘　　要：慢性呼吸系统疾病给老年人带来的疾病负担沉重,严重影响老年人群的生活质量。本文对一些常见慢性呼吸系统疾病,包括慢性气道炎症、肺癌、特发性肺间质纤维化以及肺结核等的流行病学特点及危险因素进行综述,为临床防治老年慢性呼吸系统疾病提供借鉴。Chronic respiratory diseases impose a heavy burden on the elderly,which significantly influence their quality of life.This article reviews the epidemiological characteristics and risk factors of some common chronic respiratory diseases,including chronic airway inflammation,lung cancer,idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis and tuberculosis,aiming to provide insights for clinical prevention and treatment of chronic respiratory diseases in the elderly.
