脊柱微创手术与髓核单摘术对腰椎间盘突出症患者的疗效及腰椎功能的影响对比

摘　　要：目的:对比脊柱微创手术与髓核单摘术对腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)患者的疗效及腰椎功能的影响。方法:选取2022年4月—2023年4月泰安市中医医院收治的87例LDH患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=42,髓核单摘术)和观察组(n=45,脊柱微创手术),对比手术指标、临床疗效及腰椎功能。结果:与对照组相比,观察组切口长度、手术时间、卧床时间及住院时间均较短,术中出血量较少,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率(88.89%)与对照组(90.48%)对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后6个月观察组患者腰椎功能各项评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:脊柱微创手术能够在保证疗效的前提下减少对患者的创伤,术后恢复快,远期效果较理想。Objective:To compare the efficacy and lumbar spine function of minimally invasive spinal surgery and nucleus pulposus single removal in patients with lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Method:Eightyseven patients with LDH admitted to Tai’an Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2022 to April 2023 were selected and divided into the control group(n=42,nucleus pulposus single removal)and the observation group(n=45,minimally invasive spinal surgery)according to the method of randomized numerical table method.The surgical indexes,clinical efficacy and lumbar spine function were compared.Result:Compared with the control group,the observation group had shorter incision length,operation time,bedtime and hospitalization time,and less intraoperative bleeding,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no statistically significant difference in the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group(88.89%)and the control group(90.48%)(P>0.05);and all scores of lumbar spine function of patients in the observation group were higher than those of the control group at 6 months after operation,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Minimally invasive spine surgery can reduce the trauma to patients under the premise of guaranteeing therapeutic efficacy,with fast postoperative recovery and ideal long-term effects.
