托法替布联合甲氨蝶呤治疗类风湿关节炎的效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨托法替布联合甲氨蝶呤治疗类风湿关节炎(RA)的效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2024年1月北京市石景山医院收治的RA患者100例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组49例和联合组51例,其中对照组采用甲氨蝶呤治疗,联合组采用托法替布联合甲氨蝶呤治疗。比较两组临床疗效、典型症状、类风湿因子水平及安全性。结果:联合组治疗总有效率为90.90%,高于对照组的75.51%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗24周,联合组晨僵时间短于对照组,关节压痛数、关节肿胀数均少于对照组,类风湿因子(RF)、红细胞沉降率(ESR)水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗期间不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:托法替布联合甲氨蝶呤治疗RA具有良好的效果,能改善患者临床症状,降低类风湿因子水平,且不会增加不良反应发生率。Objective:To investigate the effect of Tofacitinib combined with Methotrexate in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Method:A total of 100 RA patients admitted to Beijing Shijingshan Hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected,they were randomly divided into a control group of 49 cases and a combination group of 51 cases using a random number table method.The control group was treated with Methotrexate,while the combination group was treated with Tofacitinib combined with Methotrexate.Clinical efficacy,typical symptoms,rheumatoid factor levels and safety assessment were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the combination group was 90.90%,which was higher than 75.51%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 24 weeks of treatment,the morning stiffness time of the combination group was shorter than that of the control group,and the number of joint tenderness and swelling were less than those of the control group,the rheumatoid factor(RF)and erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)levels were also lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups during treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:Tofacitinib combined with Methotrexate in the treatment of RA has a good effect,can improve the clinical symptoms of patients,reduce the level of rheumatoid factors,and does not increase the incidence of adverse reactions.
