穴位贴敷结合系统化安宁疗护在重度癌痛患者护理中的应用效果研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨重度癌痛患者采用穴位贴敷结合系统化安宁疗护的效果。方法:选择2023年1—12月赣州市人民医院收治的80例重度癌痛患者,依据随机数字表法均分两组,各40例。对照组采取穴位贴敷联合常规护理,观察组采取穴位贴敷结合系统化安宁疗护。比较两组的疼痛程度、负性情绪、希望水平及生活质量评分。结果:干预前,两组疼痛程度、负性情绪、希望水平及生活质量评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组数字分级评分法(numerical rating scale,NRS)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(Hamilton anxiety scale,HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(Hamilton depression scale,HAMD)评分均较对照组低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,观察组Herth希望指数量表(HHI)评分较对照组高(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组生活质量量表(quality of life,QOL)中疼痛程度评分较对照组低,食欲、失眠及精神评分均较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论:穴位贴敷联合系统化安宁疗护应用在重度癌痛患者护理中效果明显,其疼痛感明显减轻,提高患者的生活质量。Objective:To explore the effect of acupoint application combined with systematic palliative care in patients with severe cancer pain.Method:A total of 80 patients with severe cancer pain admitted to Ganzhou People's Hospital from January to December 2023 were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with acupoint application combined with routine nursing,the observation group was treated with acupoint application combined with systematic palliative care.Pain degree,negative emotion,hope level and quality of life scores between the two groups were compared.Result:Before intervention,there were no significant differences in pain degree,negative emotion,hope level and quality of life score between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the scores of numerical rating scale(NRS),Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)and Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)in the observation group were lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the Herth hope index(HHI)score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the pain degree score of quality of life(QOL)in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the scores of appetite,insomnia and mental health were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of acupoint application combined with systematic palliative care has obvious effect in the care of patients with severe cancer pain,the pain sense is significantly reduced,and the quality of life of patients is improved.
