基于5G+智慧技术的院前急救干预对创伤性休克患者急救效率及不良事件的影响

摘  要:目的:探讨基于5G+智慧技术的院前急救干预对创伤性休克患者的影响。方法:回顾性分析2023年1月—2024年3月安顺市人民医院收治的74例创伤性休克患者的临床资料,按照干预方式不同分组,其中予以常规干预的37例患者纳入对照组,实施基于5G+智慧技术的院前急救干预的37例纳入观察组。比较两组急救效率、不良事件发生率、护理满意度。结果:观察组会诊时间、入院至进手术室时间、救治时间均短于对照组,抢救成功率、护理满意度均高于对照组,不良事件发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在创伤性休克患者中应用基于5G+智慧技术的院前急救干预效果显著,可提高急救效率,减少不良事件,提高患者护理满意度。Objective:To explore the influence of prehospital emergency intervention based on 5G+intelligent technology on patients with traumatic shock.Method:Clinical data of 74 patients with traumatic shock admitted to People's Hospital of Anshun City from January 2023 to March 2024 were retrospectively analyzed.The patients were grouped according to different intervention methods,among which 37 patients receiving routine intervention were included in the control group,and 37 patients receiving prehospital emergency intervention based on 5G+intelligent technology were included in the observation group.The first aid efficiency,incidence of adverse events and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result:The consultation time,the time from admission to the operating room and the time of treatment in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the success rate of rescue and nursing satisfaction were higher than those in the control group,and the incidence of adverse events was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of prehospital emergency intervention based on 5G+intelligent technology in patients with traumatic shock has significant effects,which can improve emergency efficiency,reduce adverse events,and improve patient care satisfaction.
