摘 要:绝经后骨质疏松症是以肾虚为病理基础,以脂-骨代谢紊乱为重要病理表现的慢性代谢性骨病。《素问·上古天真论》记载女子在绝经后肾精亏虚,髓海不足,发为骨痿,其病理机制与脂-骨代谢紊乱密切相关。女性绝经后雌激素水平下降,骨量减少,脂肪细胞异常增殖分化,引起脂-骨代谢失衡,进而导致绝经后骨质疏松症。因此,本文从脂-骨代谢紊乱角度出发,梳理国内外文献,进一步探讨绝经后骨质疏松症的形成机制,以期为后续临床诊疗提供理论依据。Postmenopausal osteoporosis is a chronic metabolic bone disease with kidney deficiency as pathologic basis and lipid-bone metabolism disorder as an important pathological manifestation.Suwen·Ancient Naivete Theory recorded that women in postmenopausal kidney essence deficiency,lack of marrow sea,bone flaccidity,its pathological mechanism is closely related to the disorder of lipid-bone metabolism.Postmenopausal women have decreased estrogen levels,decreased bone mass,and abnormal proliferation and differentiation of adipocytes,which cause imbalance of lipid-bone metabolism,and then lead to postmenopausal osteoporosis.Therefore,from the perspective of lipid-bone metabolism disorders,this paper reviews domestic and foreign literature to further explore the formation mechanism of postmenopausal osteoporosis,in order to provide theoretical basis for subsequent clinical diagnosis and treatment.
