摘 要:为探究心肺运动实验中,利用呼吸面罩收集的呼吸气体进行实验分析,是否会与真实运动场景中不佩戴呼吸面罩的结果产生偏差,研究呼吸面罩产生的呼吸阻力对个体通气量的量化影响。首先,利用通气阻力标准测试仪测量心肺运动实验所用呼吸面罩在不同通气量时的呼气阻力和吸气阻力;其次,共招募30名身穿短袖长裤的男性受试者在恒温恒湿环境下(环境温度25℃、相对湿度50%)开展心肺运动实验,测量并分析其在不同运动速度工况下的通气量(先静坐30 min,后依次从2~9 km/h逐渐增加运动速度进行连续运动,每种速度运动10 min,每次速度增量1 km/h);最后,提出针对个体通气量的实验结果修正方法,并将修正结果和实验结果进行对比分析。研究结果表明:当个体运动速度在2~6 km/h时,通气量从18.57 L/min逐渐增大至34.57 L/min,在此范围内,实验获取的通气量与理论计算的通气量差别较小;当个体运动速度在7~9 km/h时,通气量从56.14 L/min迅速增大至73.20 L/min,修正后通气量相比修正前最大增加约30%。研究结果可为心肺功能运动实验结果的数据修正提供参考。In order to explore whether the respiratory gas collected by the breathing mask in the cardiopulmonary exercise testing will deviate from the result of without wearing breathing mask in the real exercise scene,the quantitative influence of respiratory resistance generated by breathing mask on the individual ventilation volume was studied.Firstly,the expiratory and inspiratory resistance of the breathing masks with different ventilation volumes used in the cardiopulmonary exercise testing were measured by the ventilation resistance standard tester.Secondly,thirty male subjects wearing T-shirts and long pants participated in the cardiopulmonary exercise testing under the constant temperature and humidity environment(25℃ambient temperature,50%relative humidity),and their ventilation volumes under different exercise speeds were measured and analyzed(Following a 30-minute seated rest period,participants performed continuous exercise with speeds progressively increasing from 2 to 9 km/h in 1 km/h increment,with each speed sustained for 10 minutes).Finally,a correction method for the experimental results of individual ventilation volume was proposed,and the correction results were compared with the experimental results.The results show that when the individual exercise speed is 2~6 km/h,the ventilation volume gradually increases from 18.57 L/min to 34.57 L/min,The discrepancy between experimentally derived ventilatory volumes and theoretically projected ventilation parameters exhibits minimal divergence.When the individual exercise speed was 7~9 km/h,the ventilation volume increased rapidly from 56.14 L/min to 73.20 L/min,and the corrected ventilation volume increases by about 30%to the maximum compared with that before correction.The research results can provide reference for the data correction of cardiopulmonary exercise testing results.
