摘 要:为探究分层切削钻进钻屑运移防堵功能,采用理论分析、钻进试验、数值模拟的方法,建立钻屑运移数学模型,分析钻屑粒径、排渣空间对钻孔排渣影响规律,验证分层切削钻具细化钻屑的功能及其排渣效果,并开展现场钻进对比性工业试验。研究结果表明:钻屑粒径越小、排渣空间越大,钻屑的启动风压越小,钻孔堵塞风险越小,综合考虑钻具尺寸与强度,建议优先选择终孔直径113 mm的钻头和73 mm的钻杆;钻进试验和数值模拟结果表明,分层切削钻具能够细化钻屑,其排渣效果优于常规钻具;工业性试验表明,分层切削钻具使得钻孔出渣更均匀连续,钻屑基本呈粉末状,钻进深度提升了13.89%,钻进速度提升了16.04%。研究结果可有效促进煤矿安全高效开采,并为瓦斯抽采钻孔钻具设计提供参考。In order to explore the anti-blocking function of cuttings migration in the layered cutting drilling,a mathematical model of cuttings migration was established by means of theoretical analysis,drilling test and numerical simulation.The influence of cuttings particle size and slag discharge space on drilling slag discharge was analyzed.The function of layered cutting drilling tool to refine cuttings and its slag discharge effect were verified,and the on-site drilling comparative industrial test was carried out.The results show that the smaller the cuttings particle size and the larger the slag discharge space,the smaller the starting wind pressure of cuttings,and the smaller the risk of drilling blockage.Considering the size and strength of drilling tool,it is recommended to preferentially select the drill bit with a final hole diameter of 113 mm and the drill pipe with a final hole diameter of 73 mm.The drilling test and numerical simulation results show that the layered cutting drilling tool can refine the cuttings,and its slag discharge effect is better than that of the conventional drilling tool.The industrial test shows that the layered cutting drilling tool makes the drilling slag more uniform and continuous,the drilling cuttings are basically powdered,the drilling depth is increased by 13.89%,and the drilling speed is increased by 16.04%.The research results can effectively promote the safe and efficient mining of coal mines,and provide reference for the design of drilling tools for gas extraction drilling.
