摘 要:为量化研究直升机外吊挂转运小型救援艇摆动角度及稳定性,提升操作效率和安全性,设计搭建直升机外吊挂转运小型救援艇实验平台,采用缩比实验,研究来流速度、绳索长度、救援艇型号、救援艇朝向等因素对救援艇摆动角度及稳定性的影响。研究结果表明:来流速度对直升机外吊挂转运小型救援艇影响显著,需限制最大和最小飞行速度;外吊挂绳索过长、过短均会增加摆动角度和降低稳定性;在5 m/s来流速度、4 m外吊挂绳索、救援艇相对来流速度方向0°工况下,ME300救援艇摆动角度最小且稳定性最佳;救援艇的初始朝向由受力平衡下的静止朝向决定,对摆动角度和稳定性影响较小。研究结果可为提高直升机转运救援艇的安全性和效率提供理论基础和实践参考。In order to quantitatively investigate the swing angle and stability of small rescue boat transported by theexternal slung-load on helicopter,with the goal of improving operational efficiency and safety,an experimental platform was designed and constructed to simulate the transport of small rescue boat by external slung-load on helicopter.The reduced-scaleexperiment was conducted to studythe influence of various factors,including incoming wind speed,rope length,rescue boat model,and boat orientation,on the swing angle and stability of rescue boat.The results show that the incoming wind speed significantly impacts the transport of small rescue boat by external slung-load on helicopter,requiring the limitations on both maximum and minimum flight speeds.Additionally,both the excessively long or short ropes will increase the swing angle and reduce the stability.Under the conditions of 5 m/s incomingwind speed,4 mexternal slung-load rope,and 0°relative orientation of rescue boat to the incoming wind speed,the ME300 rescue boat exhibits the smallest swing angle and optimal stability.Furthermore,the initial orientation of rescue boat is determined by the rest orientation under force equilibrium,and it has little impact on the swing angle and stability.The research results can provide theoretical basis and practical reference for improving the safety and efficiency of rescue boat transport by helicopter.
