摘 要:风光发电的随机性和波动性在并网时对电网的稳定性和电网计划调度造成了极大影响,针对该问题提出了含风-光-抽蓄联合运行系统的多目标优化调度模型。利用抽水蓄能储存多余电量并且补偿电量不足时的缺口,使得风光发电成为稳定的可调度能源。将电网波动、运行效益和水库水位波动作为3个优化目标,并用改进的原子搜索算法(IASO)对目标函数寻优求解,与原子搜索算法(ASO)、粒子群算法(PSO)、和差分进化算法(DE)进行对比,结果表明IASO算法对目标函数的寻优效果最好,在电网波动更小、运行效益更高和水库水位变化更小的情况下,弃风弃光量明显更低。所提风光抽蓄联合运行系统可以保证风光并网后电力系统安全、稳定、经济运行。The stochasticity and instability of wind and solar power generation have a great impact on the stability of the power grid and the planning and scheduling of the power grid when connected to the grid,for which a multi-objective optimal scheduling model with wind-solar-pumping-storage joint operation system is proposed.The model utilizes pumped storage to store excess power and make up for the power shortage,making wind and solar power generation a stable schedulable energy source.The grid fluctuation,operation efficiency and reservoir water level fluctuation are taken as the optimization objectives,and the improved atomic search algorithm(IASO)is used to optimize the three objective functions,which is compared with the atomic search algorithm(ASO),particle swarm optimization(PSO)and differential evolution(DE).Results show that the IASO algorithm has the best optimization effect on the objective function,and the wind and solar energy abandonment is significantly reduced in the case of smaller fluctuation of power grid,higher operation efficiency and smaller change of reservoir level.The wind-solar pumped storage joint operation system can ensure the safe,stable and economic operation of the power system after the wind-solar grid connection.
