摘  要:为深入探究黄土丘陵区温性草原的土壤有机碳(Soil organic carbon,SOC)垂直分布特征及关键影响因子,本研究以黄土丘陵区温性草原为对象,测定0~100 cm土层的SOC含量,采用相关分析和冗余分析探究了土壤因子对SOC含量的影响。结果显示,黄土丘陵区温性草原SOC含量和密度在不同土层中表现出显著差异(P<0.05),变化范围分别为8.92~31.44 g/kg和1 234.21~3 350.34 g/m^(2),且随着土层深度的增加,SOC含量呈现下降趋势,显示出地表富集的特征。相关性分析结果揭示,SOC含量与土壤容重及无机碳含量之间存在极显著的负相关关系(P<0.001),而与土壤全碳、全氮和全钾含量之间则存在极显著的正相关关系(P<0.001或P<0.01)。冗余分析结果表明,引起黄土丘陵区SOC含量差异的主要影响因素为土壤全碳。To thoroughly investigate the vertical distribution characteristics of soil organic carbon(SOC)and the key factors influencing it in the temperate steppe of the loess hilly region,this study focused on the temperate steppe within the loess hilly region.The SOC content was measured in the O-100 cm soil profile,and correlation and redundancy analysis were conducted to reveal the impact of soil factors on SOC content.The results showed that there were significant differences in the content and density of SOC in different soil layers of the temperate steppe in the loess hilly region,with ranges of 8.92-31.44 g/kg and 1234.21-3350.34 g/m^(2),respectively.The SOC content exhibited a decreasing trend with increasing soil depth,indicating an enrichment at the surface.Correlation analysis revealed a significant negative correlation between SOC content and soil bulk density as well as inorganic carbon content(P<0.001),while a significant positive correlation was observed between SOC content and the content of total soil carbon,nitrogen,and potassium(P<0.001).The results of redundancy analyses showed that the main influencing factor causing the differences in SOC content in loess hilly region is soil total carbon.
