摘  要:紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa L.)富含蛋白质,牛羊喜食。作为一种高产、高营养、适口性好的优质牧草,紫花苜蓿的推广与应用对畜牧业的可持续发展具有重要意义。低温、干旱、盐碱地等各种逆境因子会影响紫花苜蓿在生产过程中的生长发育,进而影响其质量和产量,但紫花苜蓿具有较强的抗逆性、适应性和再生能力,是畜牧生产中必不可少的优质饲草。越来越多的学者关注并研究了紫花苜蓿多方面的抗逆性。本文就近年来对于紫花苜蓿应对非生物胁迫的五大抗逆性以及应对生物胁迫的两大抗逆性的最新研究进展进行了综述,并分析了我国抗逆性紫花苜蓿育种研究中存在的问题,旨在为今后紫花苜蓿的抗逆性研究以及抗逆性种质资源的开发利用提供一定参考。Alfalfa(Medicago sativa L.)is a kind of food rich in protein that cattle and sheep like to eat.As a highquality forage with high yield,high nutrition,and good palatability,the promotion and application of alfalfa are of great significance for the sustainable development of animal husbandry.Various adverse factors such as low temperature,drought,and saline alkali soil can affect the growth and development of alfalfa during the productive process,hence,its quality and yield are affected.But alfalfa has strong stress resistance,adaptability and regeneration ability,and is an essential high-quality forage grass in animal husbandry production.More and more scholars have paid attention to and studied the stress resistance of alfalfa in various aspects.In this paper,the latest research progress on the five major stress resistance about dealing with abiotic stress and the two major stress resistance about dealing with biotic stress of alfalfa in recent years were reviewed,and the problems in breeding research of stress resistant alfalfa in China have been analyzed,it will provide references for the research on stress resistance of alfalfa and development and utilization of germplasm resources which having resistance in the future.
