摘 要:为探究白萨福克羊的体重与体尺指标间的相关关系,以22只白萨福克成年公羊、84只母羊为研究对象,测定其体重与体尺指标,使用SPSS20.0软件对不同性别白萨福克羊的体重与体尺指标进行相关性分析、通径分析、逐步回归分析。并建立不同阶段萨福克羊体重与体尺指标间的最优回归方程。结果表明,成年白萨福克公、母羊变异系数最大的均是体重,分别为22.49%、16.06%;体高的变异系数最小,公、母羊分别为5.57%、4.20%。体长、体高、胸宽和胸围与成年公羊的体重均存在极显著相关性(P<0.01);胸宽、胸围与成年母羊的体重存在极显著相关性(P<0.01),体高与成年母羊体重的相关性达显著水平(P<0.05);白萨福克羊成年公、母羊的最优线性回归方程分别为y=1.924_(x5)-121.915(R^(2)=0.939),y=0.655_(x2)+0.846_(x3)+0.952_(x5)-0.942_(x7)-59.245(R^(2)=0.558)。上述回归方程的截距及通径系数均达显著水平(P<0.05),个别数据达极显著水平(P<0.01)。在白萨福克羊选种过程中可将公羊的胸围、体长、体高、胸宽,母羊的胸围、胸宽作为重要参考指标,其中胸围与白萨福克羊体重相关性最强。In order to explore the correlation between the weight of White Suffolk sheep and body size index,22 adult White Suffolk rams and 84 ewes were taken as the research objects,and their body weight and body size indexes were measured.Weight and body size indicators of White Suffolk sheep of different genders were conducted correlation analysis,path analysis,and stepwise regression analysis by SPSs 20.0 software.The optimal regression equation between body weight and body size of Suffolk sheep at different stages was established.The results showed that the coefficient of variation of body weight was the largest in adult White Suffolk male and female sheep,which was 22.49%and 16.06%,respectively;the coefficient of variation of body height in male and female sheep was the smallest,which was 5.57%and 4.20%,respectively.There was a significant correlation between body length,body height,chest width and chest circumference and the body weight of adult rams(P<0.01).There was a significant correlation between chest width and chest circumference and the weight in adult ewe(P<0.01),and the correlation between body height and weight was at a significant level(P<0.05).The optimal linear regression equations for White Suffolk adult rams and adult ewes are as follows:y=1.924_(x5)-121.915(R^(2)=0.939),y=0.655_(x2)+0.846_(x3)+0.952_(x5)-0.942_(x7)-59.245(Rm^(2)=0.558).The intercept and path coefficients of the above regression equations were at the significant level(P<0.05),and the individual data were at the extremely significant level(P<0.01).In the process of White Suffolk sheep breeding,the chest circumference,body length,body height,chest width of rams,and the chest circumference and chest width of ewes can be used as important reference indicators,among which chest circumference has the strongest correlation with White Suffolk sheep weight.
