柴达木盆地马海地区铀矿钻探技术应用研究——以ZKX5水文勘探井为例

摘  要:柴达木盆地马海地区铀矿水文地质勘探井钻遇地层主要为第四系砾石、砂层和黏土层等,钻探施工中经常出现掉块卡钻、钻头打滑等现象,容易造成钻孔偏斜、增加下放套管和成井难度。为了满足地质要求,实现铀矿水文勘探井的优快钻探,通过优化钻具组合、控压钻进等措施,开展防斜打直,降低了孔斜;通过抗盐防塌冲洗液的应用,避免了孔壁失稳、掉块卡钻/埋钻等孔内事故,提高了钻探效率和钻孔质量。采取优化的钻具组合、控压钻进、优质的冲洗液等技术,高质量地完成ZKX5井施工任务,终孔孔斜为2.7°,为后续测井、下放套管创造条件,起到降低铀矿水文勘探井钻探风险,提高钻孔质量的作用,为今后该地区铀矿水文勘探井的施工提供借鉴和参考。The strata encountered in hydrogeological exploration drilling in Mahai area of Qaidam basin are mainly Quaternary gravel,sand layers and clay layers.During drilling construction,block dropping,drill bit stuck and drill bit slipping happen quite often,which easily cause borehole deflection and increase the difficulty of lowering casing and well completion.In order to meet the geological requirements and realize the optimal and fast drilling of hydrological wells,the anti-deflection straightening was carried out by optimizing the drill tool assembly and pressure-controlled drilling,which reduced the hole deflection.The drilling efficiency and drilling quality were improved by the using anti-salt and anticollapse flushing fluid to avoid in-hole accidents such as hole wall instability,block dropping,drill stuck/buried drill.Due to the adoption of optimized drill tool assembly,pressure-controlled drilling,high-quality flushing fluid and other technologies,the construction task of well ZKX5 was completed with high quality,and the final hole deflection was 2.7°,which created conditions for subsequent well logging and lowering casing.The achievement in well ZKX5 played a model role in reducing the drilling risk of hydrological wells and improving the quality of drilling,and provided a reference for the future construction of hydrological wells in this area.
