优质籼稻两系不育系茉01S的选育与应用

摘　　要：以育性转换起点温度低、高配合力不育系广占63S为母本,与优质保持系天丰B杂交,采用常规育种技术连续多年定向培育,于2013年育成具有育性转换起点温度低、株型理想、优质、高异交率、配合力强的光温敏核不育系茉01S,2018年通过福建省农作物品种审定委员会审定。利用不育系茉01S配组的茉两优系列新组合在生产试验中表现丰产、稳产和米质优等特点,已育成茉两优618等5个品种通过国家或福建省品种审定。A hotoperiod and thermo-sensitive genic male sterile(PTGMS)indica line Mo 01S was derived from the cross betwween a sterile line with low starting temperature for fertility transition Guangzhan 63S and high compatibility the female and good quality maintainer line Tianfeng B.Through the conventional breeding techniques for multiple years of directional cultivation,it was successfully bred in 2013.This variety showed good characteristics,such as low starting temperature for fertility transition,ideal plant type,good quality and outcrossing rate,strong compatibility and so on.It was approved by the Crop Cultivar Registration Committee of Fujian Province in 2018.Furthermore,the new combination of Mo Liangyou series using the sterile line Mo 01S had shown high and stable yield and excellent rice quality in production experiments.Five varieties,including Mo Liangyou 618,have been approved by the national or Fujian Provincial.
