摘 要:从心理契约履行的角度出发,以旅游目的地信任为中介变量,探讨了旅游目的地口碑推荐意愿的形成机理.实证结果显示:旅游目的地信任在交易心理契约履行与口碑推荐意愿之间发挥着部分中介作用,而在关系心理契约履行与口碑推荐意愿之间则起到了完全中介的效果.具体而言,交易心理契约的履行不仅直接对口碑推荐意愿产生影响,还通过旅游目的地信任这一中介间接作用于口碑推荐意愿;而关系心理契约的履行则完全通过旅游目的地信任这一中介变量,间接影响口碑推荐意愿.From the perspective of psychological contract fulfillment,the researcher takes trust in tourism destination as the mediating variable to explore the formation mechanism of referral intention for tourism destinations.The empirical results show that trust in tourism destination plays a partial mediating role between transaction psychological contract fulfillment and referral intention,and the trust plays a full mediating role between relational psychological contract fulfillment and referral intention.Specifically,the fulfillment of transactional psychological contracts not only directly affects referral intention but also indirectly influences the intention through the mediating effect of trust in tourism destination,and the fulfillment of relational psychological contracts affects referral intentions entirely through the mediating variable of trust in tourism destination.
