摘 要:随着数字化技术的发展和应用,戏剧影视文学专业人才培养利用数字化技术使教学内容和形式更多元化,不仅能提升教学效果和学习体验,还能为教育的创新实践提供支持和服务.目前,人才培养模式上存在人才培养与企业需求不匹配、教学管理及支持措施不足等问题.针对这些问题,高校需要明确数字技术在人才培养中的重要性,构建与企业需求相适应的人才培养体系.可通过培训提升专业教师的数字素养和数字化教学能力,建立完善的教学质量监测与评估体系,以确保数字技术应用的合规性和有效性,同时,借鉴国外优秀的教育人才培养模式,以此培养出具备创新思维、跨学科能力和国际视野的复合型人才.With the development of digital technology,its application in the training of drama and film literature talents has diversified teaching contents and forms,which can not only improve the teaching effect and learning experience but also provide support and service for the innovative practice in education.There are some problems such as the mismatch between talent training and enterprise needs and the lack of teaching management and support measures in the talent training mode.In response to these problems,colleges and universities should clarify the importance of digital technology in talent training and build a talent training system that meets the needs of enterprises.This research suggests that colleges and universities should improve the digital literacy and digital teaching competences of professional teachers through training and establish a comprehensive teaching quality monitoring and evaluation system to ensure the compliance and effectiveness of digital technology applications.Meanwhile,colleges and universities should learn from excellent international talent training modes to cultivate compound talents with innovative thinking,interdisciplinary competences,and the international perspective.
