摘　　要：针对机动雷达作战效能评估因素多、难度大的问题,本文根据机动雷达作战任务的特点,科学构建机动雷达作战效能评估指标体系,同时考虑各评估指标间相互影响的关系,运用网络层次分析法(ANP)对其进行作战效能评估。实例计算结果表明,该方法符合客观实际,在雷达作战决策指导上具有一定的应用价值。Addressing multiple factors and difficulty in evaluation the operational effectiveness of mobile radar,in this paper,the evaluation index system of mobile radar combat effectiveness was constructed scientifically;considering the interaction between the evaluation indexes,analytic network process(ANP)was carried out according to the characteristics of mobile radar combat tasks.The calculation results of an example showed that the method conforms to the fact and has certain application value in radar equipment operational decision guidance.
