摘  要:文章介绍了一种新型超宽带收发组件,可用于多功能雷达中。设计的T/R组件具有体积小、集成度高、超宽带的特点。收发组件采用异形金属分腔,将发射通道分割成独立腔体,有效的移除了超宽带内腔体的谐振频率。文章着重对T/R组件的原理构成、关键电路的仿真、结构布局进行了详细的论述。测试结果表明,T/R组件在9倍频的工作带宽内具有良好的工作性能,发射功率大于37dBm,接收增益大于22dB,收发通道隔离度大于60dB。In this paper,a novel UWB T/R module for Multifunctional Radars was introduced.The designed T/R module had the characteristics of small size,high integration and ultra-wideband.The T/R module adopted a shaped metal to separate cavities,dividing the transmitting channel into independent cavity,effectively eliminating the resonant frequency within the ultra-wideband internal cavity.This paper focused on the principle composition,simulation of key circuits and structural layout of T/R module in detail.The test results showed that the proposed T/R module had good performance within a 9X frequency,with the transmitting power greater than 37dBm,the receiving gain more than 22dB,and the transceiver channel isolation greater than 60dB.
