摘 要:负载力矩是伺服系统的重要设计依据,其直接决定驱动系统的参数,进而影响系统的尺寸和性能[1]。雷达天线的核心负载力矩包括风动力矩、惯性力矩和摩擦力矩,其中风力矩数值大,需要在设计初期得到准确预估。本文针对一种雷达天线,采用风力矩的仿真和计算方法,以建模、划分网格、设定求解参数以及后处理为关键环节,实现了该雷达天线精确仿真过程,同时,对风力矩结果及内部流场特性进行了深入研究,重点探讨了风力矩随雷达天线角度变化的规律。本文通过计算获得了雷达天线的风力矩系数,这一结果为伺服电机的选型提供依据,同时在此基础上对风力矩系数进行调整,为其它同类型雷达天线风力矩大小的预测提供参考。Load moment is an important design basis of servo system,which directly determines the parameters of the driving system,and then affects the size and performance of the system.The main load moments of radar antenna include wind moment,inertia moment and friction moment,among which the wind moment is large and needs to be accurately estimated at the initial stage of design.In this paper,simulation solver was used to simulate the wind moment of a radar antenna.From the aspects of modeling,meshing,setting solution parameters and post-processing,the accurate simulation process of the radar antanna was eatablished,and the wind moment and internal flow field characteristics of the radar antenna were calculated,with emphasis on the variation law of wind moment with different angles of the radar antenna.At the same time,the wind moment coefficient of radar antenna was obtained,which provided a basis for the selection of servo motor,and corrected the wind moment coefficient,providing reference for the prediction of wind moment of other radar antannas.
