摘 要:由于我国人口老龄化不断进展及居民生活方式、饮食习惯的改变,2型糖尿病(T2DM)发病率呈逐年增高的趋势,常见的糖尿病并发症有糖尿病合并肾病、神经病变、视网膜病变、心肌病变及血管病变,T2DM及相关并发症的进展对患者的生活质量及预后产生了严重影响。半乳糖凝集素-3(Gal-3)是一种强大的促炎因子,在炎症细胞的激活、趋化和细胞因子释放中发挥重要作用,且与糖代谢异常及相关靶器官受损密切相关。本文就Gal-3在T2DM中的作用机制进行综述,有望为T2DM及其并发症的防治提供新的监测指标及治疗靶点。Due to the continuous progression of population aging and changes in residents'lifestyle and dietary habits in China,the incidence of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)is increasing year by year.The common complications of T2DM include diabetic nephropathy,neuropathy,retinopathy,cardiomyopathy,and vascular disease.The progression of T2DM and its complications has a severe impact on patients'quality of life and prognosis.Galectin-3(Gal-3)is a potent pro-inflammatory factor that plays a significant role in the activation,chemotaxis,and cytokine release of inflammatory cells,which is closely related to abnormal glucose metabolism and related target organ damage.This article reviews the mechanism of action of Gal-3 in T2DM,with the hope of providing new monitoring indicators and therapeutic targets for the prevention and treatment of T2DM and its complications.
