摘　　要：我国中医药服务贸易作为国际服务贸易中一支蓬勃发展的生力军,正在国务院《关于以高水平开放推动服务贸易高质量发展的意见》政策的支持下积极“走出去”,但在海外的投资却面临着市场准入过程中多种投资审查措施的制约与阻碍,其主要原因是发达国家及地区的贸易保护主义抬头而致其卫生健康产业的贸易保护需求提升、与欧美间服务贸易合作开放程度不足、海外对中医药服务认同度低等;要破解此困境,须发挥WTO平台的经贸促进作用、建立中医药服务企业海外风险预警机制和区域联盟下的贸易合作协同机制、发挥驻外使馆的海外协调作用。Traditional Chinese medical service trade,as a booming new force in international service trade,is actively"going out"with the support of The State Council's Opinions on Promoting High-quality Development of Service Trade with a High level of Openness policy.At present,traditional Chinese medical service trade in overseas investment is being faced with a variety of investment review measures in the process of market access.And the main reasons are the rise of trade protectionism in developed countries and regions,resulting in increased demand for trade protection in their health industry,the lack of openness in service trade cooperation with European and American countries,and the low recognition of traditional Chinese medical service overseas.To solve the problems,it is necessary to give play to the economic and trade promotion role of the WTO platform,establish the overseas risks early warning mechanism of traditional Chinese medical service enterprises,establish the trade cooperation coordination mechanism under the regional alliance and play the overseas coordination role of embassies abroad.
