摘　　要：梳理我国的生育支持政策,分析影响其实施效果的具体因素,提出采取“生育友好型”的工作制度、构建“生育友好型”的职场环境、降低家庭的生育成本、树立育儿过程中的性别平等观念并保障女性就业者的合法权益等措施,以应对日益加快的人口老龄化及低生育率现状。This paper summarizes China's birth support policy,analyzes the specific factors affecting its implementation effect,and proposes measures such as adopting a"childbearing friendly"work system,building a"childbearing friendly"workplace environment,reducing the cost of childbirth for families,establishing the concept of gender equality in the process of child-rearing,and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of female employees,so as to cope with a rapidly aging population and low birth rates.
