国防特色高校科技成果转化优化路径研究

摘　　要：国防特色高校在国家国防重大需求和经济社会发展中,产出了大量创新成果。应对大国博弈和经济社会高质量发展需求,亟需加快国防特色高校成果转化,激发新动能,培育新的增长点。通过深入分析当前国防特色高校科技成果转化面临的形势任务和存在的主要问题,以北京理工大学、西北工业大学为典型案例,总结创新做法,提炼有益经验,从壮大技术转移人才队伍、培育专业技术转移机构等方面,提出国防特色高校科技成果转化优化路径的思考建议。Numerous innovative achievements are made by universities with national defense characteristics in their response to major national defense and socioeconomic development needs.To cope with great power competition and high-quality socioeconomic development demands,it is urgent to accelerate the technological achievement transformation by defense-oriented universities,to stimulate new kinetic energy,and to cultivate new growth points.This article conducts an in-depth analysis to current situation,tasks,and major issues in the transformation process of the above-mentioned technological achievements.Taking Beijing Institute of Technology and Northwestern Polytechnical University as two typical cases,it summarizes their innovative practices and useful experiences.It proposes to optimize the technological achievement transformation paths in terms of expanding talent teams engaging technological transformation and cultivating relevant professional institutions.
