航空应急救援任务空管保障的突出问题及优化对策

摘　　要：近年来,航空应急救援力量发展迅速,执行自然灾害、事故灾难等紧急任务越来越多,但航空应急救援任务空管保障制度仍不健全,空管保障关系尚未理顺。本文深入分析空管保障在航空应急救援任务中的作用,归纳总结现阶段面临的问题,并提出相应的优化对策,旨在进一步理顺空管保障关系,确保航空应急救援任务的安全顺畅。In recent years,aviation emergency rescue forces have developed rapidly,carrying out more and more emergency tasks such as natural disasters and accident disasters.However,the air traffic control support system for aviation emergency rescue tasks is still not perfect,and the relationship between air traffic control and support has not been straightened out.This paper deeply analyzed the role of air traffic control support in aviation emergency rescue tasks,summarized the problems that faced at the current stage,and put forward corresponding optimization countermeasures,aiming to further straighten out the relationship of air traffic control support and ensure the safety and smoothness of aviation emergency rescue tasks.
